About Me
Stefani De Lima
Psychology has always called to me, much like it does to many who seek to understand the human heart and mind. For me, it began with a deep, almost instinctive, need to help others—a need born from my own life’s trials. As a teenager, a pivotal moment came when I decided that I wanted to dedicate my life to supporting women who have walked paths similar to mine. I yearned to be there for them, to guide them through the stormy seas of recovery, to help them reclaim their strength and sense of self.
The moment that solidified my path came when I recognized that a child close to me was silently battling trauma. Finding her the professional help she needed, and witnessing the transformation that followed, filled me with a profound sense of purpose. It was then that I knew, without a doubt, that I wanted to be that guiding light for other girls and women facing life’s unexpected challenges, helping them emerge on the other side not just as survivors, but as whole, thriving individuals.
Over the years, I’ve had the profound honor of working with many courageous women. Each time, I’ve been deeply moved by the incredible bravery it takes to allow someone to meet them exactly where they are—not where they think they “should” be, but in the raw, unfiltered truth of their experience. There is no greater joy for me than to truly see someone—to witness their journey, their struggle, their triumph. Each life is a story, unique and beautiful, and I feel privileged to play a small part in those stories as they unfold.
I live near Montreal, Quebec, Canada, with my loving husband and our three children, though my roots trace back to the United States. My mother and stepfather have been my unwavering pillars of support, and I am forever grateful to them. Without their love and encouragement, I wouldn’t be the person I am today, nor would I have found the strength to pursue this path of helping others find their way.
